Pre-season creeps up fast and before you know it, you’re lacing up your boots terrified of the 2km time trial you’re just about to ‘survive’, because that’s the aim.
You haven’t done any running, well maybe a 5km run here n there with a mate a few times over the Christmas break.
But you haven’t put in any good consistent work with your running and your feel just as undercooked as a piece of Sashimi (raw fish).
