ATP Performance Physiology

ATP Performance Physiology was built to bridge the gap between amateur and professional coaching.

ATP began as a 1-1 training to help athletes get the right guidance and coaching so that they can perform at their very best.

Learning from experience the training we deliver at ATP is precisely tailored to each athlete, their sport and position.

Guided by scientific backed evidence, we us tried methods to deliver a training program that delivers results for the field or court.

Our Purpose

We are on a mission to give amateur athletes the professional standard of coaching they deserve to perform week in, week out.

We know there is a gap between amateur and pro sports not only training in the gym, but rehabilitation as well. Access to the right systems, information and resources is vital when returning from injury.

We’re here to change the game of athletic development and performance.

A Message From Arthur

Let’s get a bit personal… throughout my young career, I was lost, not with what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go, but in how to get there.

After 2 ACL reconstructions before 21, I didn’t have the support, the medical knowledge, coaches or gyms to help me through ALL stages of rehabilitation.

After 3-5 months of physiotherapy, I was left on my own to somehow figure it all out. To run my own sessions without eyes watching my technique. To build back into training without anyone clearing me to do so. Jumping back on the field without testing to see how strong my knee really was.

Lost, in the dark.

And that’s why I ruptured my ACL for the second time.

I don’t want that for ANYONE.

I’ve spent 5 years at university, 2 degrees, 12 years of experience working in rehabilitation, strength & conditioning at local and elite level clubs to build my knowledge base.

I’ve got a burning fire in my gut to help athletes prevent making the same mistakes I did and get you to the top of your game.

Arthur.
