It’s an all too familiar story…
The season starts and you stop going to the gym so you can feel fresh for games and training.
When in fact you’re doing a disservice to yourself and putting yourself at risk of getting injured, more tired and sore and end up missing games because of niggles and injuries (ironic isn’t it).
Well you don’t have to be like that.
Aren’t you tired of being in the same spot every year hoping something will change without actually doing anything more to change it?
We train those who want to be better.
We don’t just take on everybody and anybody who wants to train.
We only take on those who:
Are willing to work hard to get results - you have to dedicate yourself.
Understand that good shit takes time - because no ‘6-week transformation’ lasts.
Have a willingness to learn and take their training seriously (like a pro).
What’s the program about?
This 12-week program is designed to give you the tools and understanding to train SMART and SAFELY during the intense season of sport that comes your way.
It’s not going to be easy, and there will be teething issues adapting to the new style of training.
But with dedication and consistency, you’ll have the tools to perform at your best week in week out!
What’s included?
SPEED - a speed program you can implement before training in your own time to get faster.
STRENGTH - semi-private group training with other likeminded athletes to grow and get better together.
COACHING - by an experience coach with many years of experience in this field to get you what you need.
NUTRITION - a guide to follow throughout the season to make sure you’re recovering and fueling for performance.
TESTING - every 6 weeks to make sure we are getting better and making gains.
You will join other ATP athletes in the pursuit of greatness to get better.
Train in an environment support by a passionate coach and like-minded athletes to push each other.

I can confidently say I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been which is mainly attributed to Arthur's program. If one of the exercises listed I am unable to do due to a niggle or availability of equipment in the gym, Arthur is always helpful in selecting a new exercise to get get around this. Will be hitting Arthur up again this year to do me up an in season gym program to complement football on the weekends.
